    8 ounces grilled chicken breast cut into chunks (when making grilled chicken for dinner, I will grill up an extra breast and leave it in the fridge)
    4 cups baby spinach
    4 cups romaine lettuce (or lettuce of your choice)
    2 cups cherry or grape tomatoes, cut in half
    3 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
    1 can mandarin oranges, in water (or use fresh peeled and segmented)
    spash balsamic vinegar


combine all ingredidents in bowl and serve...
