Ingredients

    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 cup nonfat milk
    1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (Campbell's Healthy Request)
    1 Cup reduced-fat sour cream

Directions

Brown turkey and onion in pan with canola oil. Add garlic. Cook for 5 minutes. Add flour and seasonings and cook for another 5 minutes. Add cream of mushroom soup and milk and cook for 10 minutes. Add sour cream and heat through. Serve with noodles or rice!

    This is delicious! I made it on Sunday and plan to pack it for lunches throughout the week. I substituted cream of celery for the cream of mushroom, but it still turned out well. - 10/26/08

    I did it tonght with the alterations ( cooking spray for the oil, no fat milk and no fat sour cream and no salt and 3 garlic cloves) and it is fantastic! Definately going to be in our meal planner again and again! - 1/20/08
