    2 lb bottom round roast
    1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
    1 cup water
    1 tbsp tomato paste
    2 tbsp corn starch
    2 tbsp water


Place roast in a crock pot. Combine soup mix, tomato paste, and 1 cup water and pour over meat. Cook on high 6-8 hours or until tender (depending on your crock pot). Remove meat to a platter and transfer juices to a pot over med-high heat. Mix the cornstarch and 2 tbsp water in a cup. When the juices are boiling, slowly pour in the cornstarch mixture stirring with a whisk until the gravy is the thickness you like (you may not need it all if you like it thin, or may need more if you like it really thick). Pour gravy over the roast and serve.
