    Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Veggie Bows, 5 oz (a little over 1 cup dry) or your favorite whole wheat pasta
    Honeysuckle White Extra Lean Ground Breast of Turkey 99% fat free, 19.2 oz (1.2 LBS)
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    Water, 3 cup
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Onions, raw, 1 medium - chopped
    Rotel Extra Hot, 2 cans (or milder - whatever your taste can handle :)
    1 medium Bell pepper chopped (any color)
    Salt to taste


Combine water and salt (optional) in pot. Bring to boil. Gradually add macaroni. Cook, uncovered, 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. (Do not drain.)

Brown trukey in skillet; drain and rinse well. Add other ingredients (including macaroni). Stir well. Cover and bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer 15 minutes. Serve on warm burns, with cornbread or with crackers.
