Directions

Spray a microwave egg poaching container with Pam. Beat eggs and pour equal amounts into two poaching containers. Divide other ingredients evenly and add them to the egg mixture. Microwave for 3 1/2 minutes in a 700 watts microwave. Serving Size: Serves 1
