    4 oz skin and bone removed chicken breast
    1.5 - 2 cup leeks cut on rings
    2 oz onion
    0.5 tea spoon of curry powder
    1 tea spoon olive oil
    1/4 cup of water or chicken broth


Saute onions on olive oil. Meanwhile cut chicken breast on dices or small strips (whatever u like). Add chicken to onion and cook until almost done. Add leeks and curry powder mixed with water or chicken broth. Cook under cover for 3 minutes. Add salt as needed. Best if served with rice. Makes 1 serving.
