    4 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh
    1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup
    1.5 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium
    1.5 cup Great Value Instant Brown Rice (dry)


We have also added veggies to this and it was wonderful. Just remember to add in the calories if you do.


preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray casserole dish. Set aside.
In a medium bowl add the soup and chicken broth. Stir well until combined.
Fold in rice. Pour into casserole dish.
Add chicken and slightly press into rice mixture.
Bake for 1 hour until chicken is done and rice is tender.
