Introduction

These are our favorite muffins! They also taste delicious with nuts or blueberries. These are our favorite muffins! They also taste delicious with nuts or blueberries.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    3 large (or 4 small) Bananas
    3/4 cup Brown Sugar
    1 Egg
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/3 cup Butter, melted
    1-1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour

Directions

Mash Bananas. Add sugar, egg and melted butter. Stir together dry ingredients and add to banana mixture. Mix only until just moistened. Fill greased muffin pan. Bake at 375 degrees. Makes 12 muffins.
