Introduction
A tangy delight that you can make ahead of time and freeze lunch portions. Minimal Fat and much lower sodium than even the healthiest frozen entrees. Serve with salad and fruit for a satisfying meal. Ingredients

8 - 10 oz. Grilled Chicken Breast
1 Cup Celery Diced
1 Cup Fresh Onion Diced
1/3 Cup Sweet Red Pepper Chopped
3 Tbls. Margarine
14.5 oz. Can Chicken Broth - Fat Free / Reduced Sodium
10.75 oz. Can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Tbls. Poultry Seasoning
2 Tsp. Mrs. Dash Original Blend Seasoning
6 Cups Whole Grain Brown Rice (Cooked)
Directions
Cook Rice on stove top or microwave.
Sprinkle chicken with Mrs. Dash Original Seasoning Blend and grill until done. Chop cooked chicken into bite sized pieces.
Melt margarine in large frying pan or WOK and sautee vegetables until onions are translucent.
In large pot combine vegetables, chicken, soups, poultry seasoning and sprinkle with Mrs. Dash Original Blend Seasoning. Mix well then simmer until heated through.
Yields Approximately 10 (1) Cup servings.
