Ingredients

    1 pound of ground turkey
    salt and pepper
    1 jar of chunky salsa w black beans and corn
    1 pack of eggroll wrappers
    1 package of 2% Cheese
    2 Tbsp fat free sour cream(optional)

Directions

Cooked the ground turkey. After the turkey is cooked season it with salt and pepper. Add salsa. Let the meat mixture cool for 30 mins or it will tear the wrappers. Take one eggroll wrapper at a time and wet with a little water. Scoop 2 tsp of meat mixture on the wrapper. Add a tsp of cheese on top of the mixture. Roll the like an eggroll. Continue to do this with the rest of the pack. Baked on 350 for 40 mins. Serve with or without the sour cream. Enjoy!!!
