Ingredients

    6 oz Atlantic Salmon (fish) (.5 filet option = 198g)
    4 oz Cream Cheese
    1 cup Spinach, fresh
    3 oz Shrimp, cooked
    1 oz Parmesan Cheese, grated
    1 serving Seasons 52 Blackened Fish Sandwich (by KENPOM)

Directions

Two 3oz salmon halves
pat the salmon dry

mix cream cheese, pre cooked shrimp, cooked spinach, parmesan cheese and Cajun seasoning together

sandwich the mixture and salmon halves together

cook in hot skillet for 5 minutes on each side, then transfer to the oven on 350 for 5-10 minutes
