I made this for my family, they didn't even know it was fat free! I made this for my family, they didn't even know it was fat free!
Number of Servings: 20


    4 pounds or 1814 grams of red potatoes
    49 Tbsp or 3 cups Fat free miracle whip salad dressing
    4 large hard boiled eggs
    2 small onions- chopped
    2 medium stalks of celery - chopped
    3 tsp yellow mustard


Hard boil the eggs and let cool so you can handle them. Boil the potatoes till they are fork tender.
When the potatoes are finished, drain them and let them cool. When cool, chop into bite sized peices and place in a large bowl. Chop the hard boiled eggs and add to the potatoes. Mix the salad dressing and mustard together in a small bowl. Add the onions and celery. Whe they are mixed, add them to the potato-egg mixture and toss until mixed. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
