    2.0 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    0.5 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar
    1.0 tsp Salt
    3.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1.0 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    2.0 tsp Baking Soda
    4.0 serving Egg white, large
    0.5 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
    0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    2.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
    3.0 cup Apple carrot pulp


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray muffin pan liberally with Pam. In a large bowl mix together all dry ingredients. In separate Bowl mix together remaining ingredients except pulp. Combine two bowls together stirring well then add pulp until well mixed. Fill muffin tins with mixture to the top [does not rise much]. Bake for 25 minutes. Insert toothpick to determine doneness.
