    1/2 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    2 cup Green Giant Riced Veggies, Cauliflower, thawed
    1/4 tsp Morton Iodized Sea Salt
    1/4 tsp Pepper, black
    3.5 oz Chicken Breast, raw, skinless & boneless
    2 serving Chef Paul Prudhomme's Magic Seasonings, poultry
    2 tbsp Flour - all purpose flour
    1/2 cup chicken broth, unsalted
    1/4 cup Pictsweet Baby Green Peas
    1/4 cup slices Carrots, cooked


Other spices added to this would improve the flavor. I'm thinking of adding cayenne pepper next time.


Cut chicken into small chunks. Season with poultry seasoning. Toss with flour.

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until tender. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Pour in broth and deglaze skillet.

Add cauliflower and cover. Reduce heat to low and cook for 10 minutes. Stir in salt and pepper, peas, and carrots. Cover and continue to cook for another 5 or 10 minutes. Stir mixture and serve.

Serving Size: 1 1/2 cup
