Everyone loves it! So easy to do you won't believe how simple and good it can be! Everyone loves it! So easy to do you won't believe how simple and good it can be!
Number of Servings: 20


    3 medium Carrots, raw,
    3 large Egg, fresh,
    2 cup Granulated Sugar,
    2 cup*Flour, white,
    5 tbsp *Canola Oil,
    1 tspBaking Powder,
    For the chocolate souce you will need:
    4 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened,
    4 tsp Granulated Sugar,
    2 tbsp Butter, salted,


Preheat the over for 10 minutes at 225. Blend all ingredients together apart from flour and baking powder. Add the dry ingredients but now just mixing gently with a wood spoon. Bake it for 35-40 minutes or until golden. To the chocolate souce you need to mix chocolate powder, butter and sugar at low heat and keep stiring all the time until it thikening a bit. Cover the cake when it is ready.
