    2 cups ripe fresh fruit, finely chopped
    1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
    1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
    2 cups fat free whipped topping
    4 sheets graham crackers, crumbled


Line an 8 inch loaf pan with tin foil.

Combine fruit, condesnsed milk, lemon juice, and whipped topping, stiring well. Pour into loaf pan.
Sprinkle crumbled graham crackers on top. Cover pan with foil and freeze for a minimum of 6 hours or overnight.

To serve, remove from pan and discard foil. Place loaf, crust side down, on a serving plate. Top with additional whipped topping and fruit if desired before slicing. Refreeze leftover slices.

Note: Nutritional analysis is based on strawberries. It will vary slightly depending on the type of fruit used.
