Introduction

Ingredients

    0.5 cup Butter, salted
    1.0 cup Granulated Sugar
    2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    3.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    1.75 cup Organic All-Purpose White Flour
    1.0 tsp Baking Soda
    0.5 tsp Baking Powder
    0.5 tsp Salt

Directions

Cream butte and sugar together. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add mashed bananas and blend in. Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder and your salt. Pour into greased or sprayed loaf pan. Bake in preheated 350 F oven for 50- 60 minutes. Remove from pan and place on rack to cool. Store in airtight container or wrap and freeze. Makes 1 loaf.
