    .75 cup, sliced Strawberries, fresh
    6oz Low fat cream cheese
    .25 cup Butter, unsalted
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
    1 tbsp Pyure organic stevia blend sweetner (by IMFINALLYHAPPY)
    .25 tsp strawberry extract
    1 tbsp NOW MCT OIL

Tips

best if stored in a glass bowl.


Directions

let butter and cream cheese come to room temperature
then blend in a food processor. Add the rest of the ingredients and process until smooth.
put into molds and freeze for 2-3 hours. remove from mld and put in a container in the fridge.

**could use ice cube trays but adjust servings.

    Excellent!! I used frozen Blueberries and a bit of orange extract instead of strawberry. My molds are bigger so only made 15 at about 90 cals each. Very good! - 11/19/17
