Introduction

Wanted a quick easy shrimp dish in the instant pot and this was it. Wanted a quick easy shrimp dish in the instant pot and this was it.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 tbsp *Smart Balance Buttery Spread Original (by CRUNCHYCACTUS)
    16 oz Shrimp, raw
    56 grams Shallots (diced)
    4 fl oz White Wine
    .5 tsp Better than Boullion Chicken Base (by MANGYCOYOTE)
    .5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1 Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon

Directions

Set Instant pot on high saute. Add butter and let melt. Add shallots and cook for two minutes. Add garlic cook for one more minute. Add wine and deglaze pan. Put shrimp in and then add lemon juice and chicken broth. Salt & Pepper to taste. . Close pot with vent closed. Set timer for one minute on manual. When finished quick release and serve. yummy with brown rice. Will try it with pasta next time.
