    1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
    1 Granny Smith Apple, peeled and chopped
    2 tbsp onion, finely chopped
    1 tbsp canola oil
    1 lb ground turkey
    2 tbsp fresh parley, chopped
    2 tbsp Major Grey's chutney
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp black pepper

    1 anjou pear, chopped
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 cup Major Grey's chutney
    1/4 cup raisins
    1 cup water


Saute celery, onion and apple in oil until tender. Let cool. Add sauteed ingredients to turkey, salt, pepper, parsley and 2 tbsp of chutney. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.

Shape mixture into 1 inch balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, or until done.

Combine sauce ingredients (pear, cinnamon, salt, chutney, water and raisins) in saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Mash or process mixture until smooth. Toss meatballs in sauce mixture until everything is combined and heated through.

Makes 17 servings, 2 meatballs each.
