Ingredients

    2 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
    12 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    8 tbsp Bob's Red Mill - Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    4 serving dried chopped dates-1/4 C /serv (by WENDI_WA1)
    1 cup Sunflower Seeds, with salt added
    1 tsp Salt
    8 tbsp Honey
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 cup Pepitas (Pumkin Seed Kernals)
    2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    8 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
    1 cup, whole Almonds

Directions

preheat oven to 350. Grease a 13 X 9 pan generously. in large bowl mix oats, nuts, brown sugar, flax seed, cinnamon, flour, dates and salt. in another bowl, beat egg, add oil, honey and vanilla. pour into dry and mix well using hands. pat into prepared pan and bake 30 - 35 min until golden on edges. Cool 5 min, then turn out and cut while still warm or will too hard to cut once cold.
