    16 oz chick peas
    3 tablespoons lemon juice (more or less to taste)
    2 cloves garlic (more or less to taste)
    1 1/2 tablespoons tahini paste
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons olive oil


Put all ingredients into food processor and mix. You are looking for a thick paste like consistency.

Makes 8 - 10 servings (depending on what you use it for!)
