Introduction

Wonderful Lebanese dish, fried in coconut oil instead of olive oil! This is a good appetizer, side dish, or even main dish. Even put it in sandwiches with fresh sliced tomatoes and/or cucumber and fresh hummus. Plain yogurt goes very well with this too! Wonderful Lebanese dish, fried in coconut oil instead of olive oil!
