Ingredients

    1.5 Cup whole wheat flour
    3/4 Cup oats
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 beaten egg
    3/4 Cup nonfat milk
    1/2 Cup brown sugar (packed)
    1/4 Cup unsweetened applesauce
    1 Cup blueberries

Directions

grease 12 mufin cups

1. Mix flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda and salt
2. In separate bowl mix egg, milk,sugar, oil and vanilla
3. add egg mixture to flour mixture. stir until moistened - Batter should be lumpy
4. fold in blueberries.

fill muffin cups 3/4 full

Bake in 400 degree oven for 16 - 18 minutes.
