Ingredients

    4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked
    2 oz Romano Cheese
    1 1tsp Olive Oil
    .50 tsp Salt
    .25 tsp Pepper, black

Directions

cook cauliflower let cool
dice into small pieces
heat saute pan add oil and cauliflower
beat egg and cheese together add spices
pour over veg. when egg set flip over using plate
return to pan for several mins can eaten hot or room temp.
