Ingredients

9.9 oz Beef - Stew Meat (by MOOGIEBEE)
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
.5 cup Mushrooms, canned
1 cup (8 fl oz) Soup, beef broth bouillon and consomme, canned, condensed, commercial
4 tbsp Holland House Sherry Cooking Wine (by *CANDICE*)
2 tbsp Catsup
1 clove Garlic
0.13 cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free 1 to 1 Baking Flour (by AUNTJESSICA)
1 cup Sour Cream
Directions
Saute onion and mushrooms
Brown Beef
Reserve 1/3 cup of broth. Add the rest of the broth, garlic, catsup and cooking wine to browned beef, mushrooms and onions. Simmer, covered for 15 minutes.
Dissolve g-free flour in the reserved beef broth. Gradually whisk into meat mixture. Let thicken while whisking.
Turn heat down, then add the sour cream.
Serve with g-free noodles.
Serving Size: Makes 8 1/2 cup servings
