    1 pound of extra lean ground beef (bowned and grease drained)

    1 cup of long grain rice (cooked according to directions on package)

    2 10.75 oz. cans of condensed cream of mushroom soup

    1 cup of shredded american cheese

    season to taste


brown and drain 1 lb. hamburger. Set it aside. Cook 1 cup of rice according to directions on package. Cooke cream of mushroom soup. Mix all ingredients together including cheese. Season to taste and serve.
