Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

1 can (14 oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
    1 Large Egg
1/2 cup Lime Juice, preferably key limes
    1 tsp grated Lime Peel
    1prepared Graham Pie Crust

Tips

Squeezing key limes can be tedious. Bottled key lime juice is available and works great in this recipe, added to the juice from the lime you grate the peel from.

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. In a medium bowl, beat egg, then stir in condensed milk. Whisk in lime juice and peel until well combined.

Pour into pie crust. Bake until filling is set, about 30 minutes.

Place on a wire rack and cool for 5 minutes. Chill pie in refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.

Serving Size: 10 slender slices (or 8 hefty slices, calorie ct would change)

Number of Servings: 10
