Introduction

Ingredients

    4 cup Tomato Sauce
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    1 clove Garlic
    1 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
    2 cup Beans, red kidney
    16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    2 tbsp Cumin seed
    2 tbsp Chili powder
    2 tbsp of onion powder
    2 tbsp of garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Chop onion and garlic
Brown turkey in a skillet and drain
mix all ingredients in a pot and simmer 1 hr on lowest setting
or
mix all ingredients in crock pot and put on low for 6 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 6 even servings. Family of 4-5 plus lunch the next day!
