Introduction

Saw a picture of a delicious looking peanut butter smoothie here on SparkPeople, but the recipe link didn't match the picture so I decided to experiment. You could probably reduce the sugar, but I knew it would have to please my while family. Ingredients

    1.0 serving Chobani 2% Plain Greek Yogurt (6 oz)
    3.0 tbsp caramel topping
    3.0 tbsp JIF creamy peanut butter
    2.0 cup Milk, 2%
    2 peanuts, chopped, optional
    1.0 tbsp caramel topping, optional

Directions

Blend first four ingredients together until smooth. Pour into a small glasses. Top with a drizzle of Caramel and chopped peanuts if desired

Serving Size: Makes four 6 oz drinks
