Introduction

These are far from "healthy" BUT better than normal cookies and the kids really like them. They are not part of my normal diet unfortunately :( These are far from "healthy" BUT better than normal cookies and the kids really like them. They are not part of my normal diet unfortunately :(

Ingredients

1 package Reduced Sugar Pillsbury Yellow cake mix

8oz 1/3 fat cream cheese (I dont think fat free will work)

    1/4 cup egg beater

1/2 stick of butter - softened

    1/4 tsp vanilla

    1/4 cup splenda granular

Directions

Makes 50 cookies/ Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Cream together cream cheese and butter. Stir in egg beater and vanilla. Add cake mix and stir. Roll into small balls and then roll in splenda. (At this point you will KNOW why they are called "gooey" cookies). Put on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 13 minutes or until bottoms just brown.
