Ingredients

    16.0 oz Ground beef, lean
    2.0 cup Rice, Kraft Minute Whole Grain Brown Rice
    425.0 Grams Ortega Enchilada Sauce
    1.75 cup Refried beans, ROSARITA, refried beans, traditional
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    6.0 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning
    1.0 cup Cheese, Kraft Mexican Style Taco Cheese

Directions

Brown beef and onions. Drain. Add refried beans and taco seasoning. Reduce heat to a simmer and cover. In a medium saucepan, bring enchilada sauce to a boil. Add rice, cover and reduce heat to a simmer until rice is tender. Combine rice with meat mixture. Turn off heat and cover with cheese. Cover and let sit for about 5 minutes.
