    16 Tbs unsweet shredded coconut
    12 Tbs "LouAna" Pure Coconut Oil
    20 drops liquid stevia (5 drops/serving)
    1 can Coconut Milk Organic unsweet 13.5 oz can (Native Forest)
    8 Tbs Hershey's Kitchens Sugar Free Chocolate Chips


Best kept in the freezer.


1. Add coconut oil to large bowl. Microwave for 20 secs.
2. Add stevia and coconut milk to warm coconut oil and combine.
3. Add cocont flakes and mix well
4. Pour into molds and place in freezer for 1-2 hours.
6. Melt 8 T (1/2 cup) chocolate chips using 30 sec intervals. DO NOT BURN THE CHOCOLATE. Scoop melted chocolate on top of each fat bomb and refereeze.

These fat bombs are best kept in the freezer.
May add Almonds to make almond joy.
