Introduction

Ingredients

    4 cup, cubes Butternut Squash
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 tbsp balsalmic vinegar (by MJPO19)
    0.25 tsp Morton Iodized Sea Salt
    0.25 tsp Pepper, black

Directions

Peel and cube squash. Toss in bowl with oil, vinegar, and seasonings. Place on a sprayed pan with sides at least 1/2 inch high. Bake at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes.
