Ingredients

    2 Chicken - Boneless & Skinless Breast (8 ounces)
    cumin ground .5 tsp
    0.25 tsp Allspice, ground
    1 dash Salt
    1 dash Pepper, black
    1 tbsp Olive Oil

Directions

1. Pound chicken to 1/2-inch thickness.
2. Combine cumin, allspice, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle over both sides of chicken.
3. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken 4 minutes on each side until done.
4. Drizzle a bit more olive oil over the chicken.
