Ingredients

    5.0 large (3-1/4" dia) (approx 2 per lb) Apples, fresh with skin
    4.0 cup dry Oatmeal (plain)
    4.0 tsp Baking Powder
    4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2.0 cup Silk cashew milk unsweetened
    1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1.0 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    1.0 tsp Allspice
    0.25 cup Aunt Jemima Butter Lite Syrup

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 9x13 greased pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes
