    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1/3 cup
    Semisweet chocolate, 2 squares
    Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed
    Banana, ripe & mashed, 1 medium
    Water, tap, 3/4 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Nutri Flour Blend, 1 1/4 cup
    Salt, 1/2 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1/2 tsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp


Place oil & chocolate squares in 8" square pan and heat in oven @ 350 F for about 5 min to melt chocolate. Then mix sugar & banana into chocolate & oil mixture. Add water, egg, flour, salt, baking soda & vanilla to pan, stir until well mixed. Then bake at 350 F for 35-40 minutes or until tester inserted in center comes out clean, Enjoy!
