Number of Servings: 1


    3 oz. grilled chicken breast, slilced
    1-1/2 cups shredded cole slaw (I used packaged slaw)
    1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
    1/2 cup mandarin oranges (canned)
    1/2 cup cucumber, shopped small
    2 tablespoons Newman' Own lowfat Ginger Sesame Dressing.


Mix all ingredients well. Serve.
