Ingredients

16 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled
    2 cup Ranch Style Beans
    10 oz Brim's tortilla chips (9 chips/oz)
2.5 serving Diced tomatoes & Green Chillis Rotel, 10oz can 2.5 serv in can (by KITKAT734)
    12 tbsp Onion (raw), chopped
2 cup Cheddar Cheese, Kroger shredded Sharp Cheddar

1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup

Tips

Really Tex-Mex, not Mexican! That's what my mom-in-law calls it. May only take 20 minutes to get bubbly.

Directions

Preheat overn to 325 degrees. In large skillet brown meat then stir in beans, tomatoes, soup, onion and seasoning. Simmer until heated through. In greased 9x13 casserole dish place layer of crushed chips, then meat and bean mixture. Top with1/2 of cheese. Repeat layers. Cover and bake 20-30 minutes (until bubbly.) To serve: top with sour cream and salsa. Original recipe, can be made mush healthier as you please.
