Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1 tbsp Sargento Chef Blends - 4 State Cheddar (or your favorite cheese)
    2 large eggs, fresh
    1 tbsp casa mamita chunky salsa
    1 tsp distilled white vinegar

Directions

1. Use a bowl with high sides. 2. Add the cup of water, vinegar, and eggs to bowl. 3. Microwave for 2 1/2 minutes (this will vary depending on your microwave and how done you like your eggs. 2 1/2 minutes in a 1000 watt microwave cooks the egg white . The yolk will be just under done) 4.Cook in 1 minute increments if your not sure. 5. When done use a slotted spoon to remove eggs from the water. ( Place on a paper towel to drain excess water if you desire) 6. Place on a plate, top with cheddar and Salsa. Enjoy Serving Size: Makes 2 poached eggs
