    Green Beans (snap), 2 cup
    Coconut, raw, .5 cup, shredded
    Chili powder, 1 tsp
    Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
    Salt, .25 tsp
    water 1 cup


1) Put 1 tsp olive oil in a non stick pan used for cooking
2) roat the garlic which is cut into small pieces in the oil
3) Add the green beans which are cut into small pieces
4)Stir Fry till they are getting blackish spots on them
5) Add shredded coconut powder , curry powder, chilli powder, salt and 1 cup water and allow to cook.
6)Cover the pan and allow to cook on medium flame till the green beans are tender.
