    2/3 cup Mayonnaise
    1 tsp grated Onions
    2 tsp chopped chives
    1/2 tsp Parsley, dried or 1 tsp fresh
    2 drops Hot Sauce
    1/2 tbsp Sweet Relish or dill pickles
    1 tsp drained Capers, chopped


Mix all ingredients to blend. Place in jar or covered bowl. Refrigerate. Best if made 1 to 2 hours before consumption.
