Ingredients

    20 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    6 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 p Apples, fresh with skin, chopped
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 large Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt
    2 tbsp Curry powder

Directions

saute turkey, place in casserole dish. saute apples and onions and put on top of turkey. Add little bits of curry powder throughout layers. Top everything off with mashed sweet potato and a bit more cutty powder. Bake in 350 degree oven for at least 30 minutes.
