    Dry Ingredients:
    2-1/2 cups flour
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1-1/2 tsp baking soda, sifted
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp ground cloves
    1/2 tsp ground cardamom
    1/2 tsp ground coriander
    1/4 tsp salt

    Wet Ingredients:
    1-1/2 cups lowfat buttermilk
    1/2 cup prune butter or prune puree


Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Prepare 9 x 5 x 3-in loaf pan with a light coating of cooking spray
Stir together dry ingredients in a large bowl
In a separate bowl combine the wet ingredients.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until well mixed
Spoon the batter into the loaf pan and bake for about an hour or until the top is firm to the touch and a knife inserted into the centre comes out clean.
Tip out onto a wire rack.
