1 C mango peach salsa
1 avocado, cubed
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
Directions
Season tilapia fillets with salt and pepper. Pre-heat skillet over medium with olive oil. Cook for 5-7 minutes, turning fillets once.
Meanwhile, mix cubed avocado into salsa. Top fish with salsa, garnish with cilantro if desired.
