    0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
    3 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
    1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
    2 clove Garlic
    0.50 tsp Granulated Sugar
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1.50 oz Harvey's Bristol Cream Sherry
    1 cup Frozen Vegetables Sugar Snap Pea StirFry
    0.66 tbsp Eden Selected Toasted Sesame Oil
    3 cup green giant cauliflower rice
    10 oz Beef, top sirloin




Slice the sirloin against the grain. Mix the sherry, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, chicken broth and sesame oil. Add the minced garlic to the sauce. Mix the meat and the sauce and allow to marinate overnight.

Saute the frozen stir fry veggies in the olive oil until crisp tender. Set aside. Microwave the cauliflower rice as per package instructions. Place the beef mixture in a saute pan and bring to a simmer and cook for 3 - 5 minutes. Add sauteed vegetables to the beef. Plate 3/4 of a cup on the cauliflower and top with 1/4 of the meat and vegetable mixture.
