Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 serving Fish, Whole Catch Sole Fillets (1 fillet, 4oz) (by TRDANKO)
    4 cup Spinach, fresh
    1 serving Onion, Fresh (1 slice 1/4 in thick, 1.3 oz)
    5 sprigs Dill weed, fresh
    1 serving Bertolli EVOO (1 tbsp)
    .5 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
    1 clove Garlic
    .5 tsp Paprika
    1 dash Salt
    1 dash Pepper, black

Directions

steam spinach with dill until very limp. saute onion and garlic in evoo until fragrant stir in spinach. Season with salt and pepper. Place 2 tbsp. spinach mixture onto each fillet and roll. Place rolls on their ends in casserole dish. sprinkle paprika over all (for colour) and pour broth into dish. Bake at 350 until fish flakes easily.
