    Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, 1 cup (not packed) (remove)
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 2 cup
    Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, .1/4 cup, shredded
    Spinach, frozen, 1 cup
    Broccoli, cooked, 1 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix all incredients in a seperate bowl. And seasoning to taste. Use a 12 cupcake pan and spray with pam before using. pour evenly in each section. Cook in oven for 405 mins or until center is just set.
