    4 Broccoli Crowns
    5 slices Bacon
    1/4 c. Sunflower Seeds
    1/2 c. Raisins
    1/4 - 1/2 c. Light Mayo
    1/4 - 1/2 c. Fat Free Miracle Whip
    1/8 - 1/4 c. Sugar
    1 - 2 T. Vinegar


Cut broccoli off stems into a large bowl. Cook bacon, be careful not to burn, drain and chop. Add bacon, sunflower seeds and raisins to bowl.

To make dressing:

Combine in a seperate bowl; mayo, Miracle Whip, sugar and vinegar. Mix well.

A few minutes before serving, pour dressing on broccoli mixture, to taste.

Makes about 8 servings.
