Introduction

Ingredients

    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    Pepper
    1/2 cup wine
    1/3 cup oil
    1 TBSP Rosemary

Directions

Mix salt, garlic powder, pepper and rub on chicken. Prepare 1/2 cup wine, 1/3 of oil, 1 TBSP Rosemary. Pour over chicken in a baking pan and bake for 1 hour 10 minutes (covered) 20 min uncovered. It will make 4 servings.
